The provisions contained herein govern access and use of the site http://www.uv.es/lineex/ the LINEEX Research Laboratory University of Valencia makes available to Internet users.
The use and navigation of the website shall be governed by the provisions of:

LINEEX reserves the right to unilaterally modify the configuration of this website or the services provided therein, and their conditions of use without notice.

 

III.- Intellectual Property

 

The contents, structure, design and presentation of the elements are protected by intellectual property rights, ownership group LINEEX research at the University of Valencia, exploitation, processing, distribution or public communication of any of the foregoing is forbidden.
It also prohibited the use, under any circumstances, distinctive signs LINEEX whose industrial property is owned by the University of Valencia.

c) Registration

 

In this website a register that allows registration projects or experiments carried out by LINEEX and researchers and research centers associated with projects of which it is part is enabled. Users agree to comply with the Instructions for the participants in experiments in which they participate.
Once completed the form, the user will receive an email for confirmation discharge.

 

V.- Registered Users

 

By registering as a collaborator, indicates its intention to participate in experiments and research projects conducted by both the Research Laboratory of Economic Behavior and Social University of Valencia by researchers and research centers associated with projects that LINEEX participates. It also shows its intention to receive, except breach of the procedural rules of LINEEX https://www.lineex.es/register/info.php, an economic reward for participation, in which case your data will be communicated to the State Agency tax administration to fulfill their own tax obligations of the University.
Registration does not confer an automatic right to participate in experiments. LINEEX reserves the right to select and offer this participation to candidates considered suitable.

VI.- Privacy Policy

Personal data is requested in order to verify the identity and convenience, according to each profile, participation collaborator in the experiments. This guarantees the fulfillment of certain essential to the validity of the experiment and the quality of its results methodological requirements. Similarly LINEEX will be used by researchers and collaborators in their research projects for relevant communications with registered participants and researchers.

 

Use and publication of results

The results of the experiments are anonymized. The data obtained in the execution of the experiment will never be associated with a particular identity. Otherwise the express consent of each individual participant will be requested. All the personal and experimental data are stored on a server owned and exclusive management of the Laboratory.
The data obtained will be available exclusively for researchers linked to the pilot project. The research results will appear in international scientific publications, but in no event participants will be identified. Personal data obtained will not be passed on to third parties outside LINEEX research associates in their research projects.

 

Imaging control purposes of the experiments

In the lab room there is a video recording system installed for the sole purpose of monitoring the validity and proper functioning of the experimental process. The images will not be incorporated into any file, and under no circumstances be distributed, while access to images strictly under the control of the Laboratory.

 

Data Protection

The data provided by the participating subjects will be included in a file owned by the University of Valencia in order to enable registration projects or experiments conducted by the Research Group LINEEX.
In the case of receiving financial compensation from the subject participant data will be communicated, if so provided in the legislation, the Tax Agency in compliance with the own tax obligations of the University.

They may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by writing attaching identification document for Computing Service - Data Protection (University of Valencia), C / Amadeo of Savoya, 4, 46010 Valencia. The University of Valencia owns and has registered more than 70 files to the Spanish Data Protection Agency; to facilitate the management of rights exercised by citizens is recommended that written reference to 'LINEEX' is made.
