PERSONAL DATA CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal data is requested for the purpose of verifying the identity and suitability of the profile required for the different experimental sessions, and to carry out communications related to experimental activity. In this way, the team of researchers associated with LINEEX guarantees compliance with the essential methodological requirements of experimental economics for the validity of the experiment and the quality of the results.
In compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that contact personal data will be incorporated into a file owned by the University of Valencia and used to send communications related to session calls. Under no circumstances will this data be made available to third parties for commercial activities or for purposes other than those mentioned above.

The Universitat de València owns and has registered more than 70 files with the Spanish Data Protection Agency; to facilitate the management of rights exercised by citizens, it is recommended that the written request makes reference to 'LINEEX'.
You can consult the summary file of the LINEEX file activity record.
ANONYMITY OF RESULTS DERIVED FROM DECISIONS
Experiment results will be anonymised. Consequently, the behavioural data obtained through decision-making during the execution of the experiment will not be associated with any specific identity, breaking the link between the decisions made by the participant and their personal identifying data immediately after the end of the session (payment issuance).
This data will initially and temporarily be available exclusively to the researchers linked to the project, for the purpose of drawing conclusions and preparing the associated scientific publications.
Once the results are published in scientific publications, the behavioural data derived from participants (without identities or identifying data) may be incorporated into a publicly accessible repository in accordance with the DMP (Data Management Plan) required by the European Commission for new projects under the H2020 calls: https://zenodo.org/about
